The Median Price ๐Ÿ“ˆ 

The median price was $280,000 for single-family sales in the 2nd quarter of 2018.  This marks the highest quarterly price in 11 years!

Total Number of Sales ๐Ÿ“‰ 

The total number of sales is beginning to slow - down 6.9 percent when compared with the 2nd quarter of 2017.  

Days on Market ๐Ÿ“‰

The average number of days on market was down to 50.  During the 2nd quarter last year, the average was 59.  

Multifamily and Condo Sales ๐Ÿ“ˆ 

  • The median price & the number of sales both increased this past quarter when compared with 2017 for condos and multifamily properties.
